Daily Volunteer Life
Volunteering at Children’s Hope Organization is a rewarding, immersive experience. A typical day may include:
• Greeting children and assisting with morning routines.
• Supporting teachers in the classroom and participating in lessons.
• Leading or assisting creative activities such as art, music, and storytelling.
• Engaging children in outdoor play and educational games.
• Helping with administrative tasks, planning events, or supporting fundraising efforts.
• Sharing meals and special moments, building connections and trust.

Weekend Adventures: Beach, Safari, Zanzibar & Night Life
Volunteering is not just about work it’s also about adventure, fun, and cultural experiences. Weekends give you the chance to explore and enjoy Tanzania:
• Beach Days: Relax on pristine beaches, enjoy the sun, and participate in games and activities with the children.
• Safari Adventures: Witness Tanzania’s iconic wildlife on guided safaris lions, elephants, giraffes, and more!
• Zanzibar Excursions: Explore Stone Town, visit spice farms, and enjoy Zanzibar’s stunning beaches.
• Night Life & Cultural Experiences: Experience safe and vibrant evening events with music, dances, and cultural activities.
These weekend adventures allow you to refresh, connect with fellow volunteers, and gain a unique perspective of Tanzanian life. Every moment is unforgettable!

Why Pay for Volunteering ?
Children’s Hope Organization is a non-profit organization that depends on community and volunteer support to operate sustainably.
Volunteer contributions help us cover essential daily costs while ensuring that children receive proper care, meals, education, and a safe environment.
A portion of this contribution also supports the long-term development and sustainability of our programs.
🔹 Where Your Contribution Goes (Breakdown)
Your contribution helps cover:
• Three meals a day
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fruits
• Transportation support
Two-way daily transport between accommodation and the school
• Airport pickup / arrival assistance
From the airport or any agreed arrival destination
• Basic living support
Toiletries and essential supplies
• Internet & communication
Wi-Fi access
• Safety & security
Security services and related costs
• Utilities
Electricity, water, and gas bills
• Program sustainability
A portion of the contribution supports educational activities and helps fund the ongoing work of our organization
